During SATs Week 2017 we enjoyed problem solving activities- tests in the morning and Science in the afternoon! Here we are building
the tallest and strongest towers out of art straws!
Our favourite topic this year was called A Child's War and looked at the second world war through the eyes of a child. We really enjoyed this topic which made us think about war, democracy, freedom and refugees as well as learning facts from this important era in History.
To end the topic we held a Victory in Europe day (VE Day) party for our parents in the school hall.
We dressed up and made ration-style food and presented some of our work. It was great fun!
