Changes to Lunch Arrangements for September
Please note from September 2020 the way we provide lunches to the children is changing.
You will need to continue to top up your ParentMail account regularly. The cost of lunch will be £2.20 per day /£11.00 for a full 5-day week. This is in line with product cost increases.
If your child is in receipt of Free School meals or Universal Free school meals (all children eligible up to and including Year 2) you will need to order according to the details below but you will not be invoiced.
We now need you to pre-order your meals in advance. This is needed so our Catering department can calculate the correct number of lunches each day. The menu will run on a 3-week cycle, so starting with Week 1 you will be required to order lunch for the term. Full payment is not necessary as you will still be invoiced weekly, the ParentMail account will be deducted on a Friday afternoon. Please make sure your account is kept up to date.
On your ParentMail, go to the ACCOUNTS section and click LUNCH MENUS to top up your balance and select meals. Click on any day and the menu options will appear to choose from Main, Vegetarian, Jacket Potato options. Allergen information is included. Click the GREEN INFO button. Please note, your child will also receive a dessert with their lunch and fruit will also be available every day (this is not required to be pre booked).
When you have selected your meals for the term press the PAY LATER button to confirm the order. Once you have made your selections it will not be possible to change the choices due to Catering having to order stock.
If your child is entitled to Free School meals or Universal Free school meals (F2-Y2) and you do not place an order, they will automatically receive the vegetarian option throughout the term.
If you have any questions or need help please ask at the school office and the team will be happy to help you and show you how to use ParentMail on the computer in the entrance area.
